Guide books for making home brew beer

The enjoyable DIY hobby of making home brew beer has seen resurgence in 2008/9. This has been due in part to the 2008 credit crunch. However, the joys are not just the low cost, but the quality that can be put in and subsequently enjoyed.

Home brew last enjoyed widespread acclaim in the 1970's.
Many guide books were written around this time or earlier, some by UK authors, others written in the USA. Whilst kits have changed and practices and processes have been improved in recent years the publications have largely been updates and reprints.

Consequently, whilst home brew beer books would be an alternative source of information, being first written decades ago they are now rather out-dated.

In the absence of current guide books we have developed a DVD to inform those that are either starting out in homebrew, or just have an interest in how it is done.
